The class is divided into 2 parts: boxing on the punching bag and circuit training using equipment such as ropes, TRX, kettlebells, rowers and more. The perfect blend of strength and conditioning, this workout is fueled by jamming music and fierce boxing combos. Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow everyone to learn at their own pace.
