I'M NEW TO EXERCISE. DO YOU HAVE BEGINNER CLASSES? WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

All levels are welcome to our classes. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to class and speak to the instructor before class. Let the instructor know if you have any limitations and she will provide you with modifications as needed. Take class at your own pace, listen to your body and use the instructor's modifications when needed. Remember to eat and drink before and after your workout to help your body recover.


HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

You should always come early to class, but if it's your first class, come at least 10 minutes early. You will have time to get settled in, meet the instructor and get a quick tutorial of the class you are about to take. If you are registered for your first TUFF class, check the schedule to see if your class requires boxing gloves and hand wraps.


DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES IN ADVANCE?

We recommend signing up for all classes in advance, this way we know to expect you for class. If there are any last minute schedule changes, we will notify those who are registered of the schedule change. Registering for classes also allows you to create a workout schedule for yourself in advance. You can view your schedule by logging into your account. You can always cancel your reservation with 12 hours notice if needed.


IF I REFER A FRIEND, WHEN DO I GET MY MONTHLY SAVINGS?

If you refer a friend, you will save $10 off your monthly membership for every month your friend is on membership, beginning the date your friend signs up for monthly membership. For example, if your monthly billing cycle is on the 20th of the month and your friend joins membership on the 10th of the month, you will see your first savings on the 20th, 10 days after your friend joins.

Remember to inform the Front Desk staff at the time that you refer a friend, even for a free class.


HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH PRICING OPTION IS RIGHT FOR ME? MEMBERSHIP OR PUNCH CARD?

We created our monthly membership with our customers in mind. If you want to make a commitment to your health and your body, we recommend attending classes at least twice a week. Contact us to help you determine which pricing option is best for you.

IF I purchase a MEMBERSHIP, CAN I CANCEL OR FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

When signing up for our monthly membership, you sign a 6 month contract. If you choose to cancel your membership, you can cancel after the first 6 months. If you cancel before the 6 months timeframe, you will be charged $150. If you don't cancel after the initial 6 months, you will remain on membership and be charged monthly until you cancel. To cancel, fill our the form below 30 days in advance. We will not reimburse you for a month that you were already charged for, we will only cancel future membership payments. When you cancel, you will lose the membership price that you are paying and if you choose to return it will be at the membership price offered at the time you return. 

If you are on a month-to-month membership, you must cancel prior to your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the month.

You can freeze your membership for one month at a time. There is a $25 freeze fee for each month you freeze your membership. If you want to freeze your membership, fill out the form below 30 days in advance. You cannot freeze your membership once the month has begun. When the freeze is over, you will continue to be charged for membership at your original membership rate.

I want to change my membership from only classes (or only open gym) to both, how does it work?

If you are currently on a Class membership or an Open Gym membership and would like to have access to both, you can. You will be charged the dual program cost in your next billing cycle and prorated what is owed. Contact info@woodmerefitnessclub.com to change your membership today.


WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
