Start the New Year off stronger and healthier than ever!
A 6 week challenge that runs from December 5th to January 15th
There are THREE parts to the challenge:
The foundation of fat loss begins and ends in the kitchen! It’s been said that the QUANTITY of food is reflected in your scale weight, and the QUALITY of food is reflected in what you see in the mirror (ie, jiggly or lean). Your focus during the challenge will be to develop an eating style that supports both your physique goals AND your training. We’ll do this by determining where you ARE, where you want to BE and then create the simplest route possible to get you there. After submitting a food history (what you typically eat in a 3 day period), we’ll highlight what you’re already doing well and build from there! Each participant will be given simple meal plan suggestions that that will incorporate proper portioning and macronutrient balances.
In order to maintain as much fat-burning muscle mass as possible during your weight loss challenge, every challenger will be encouraged to continue, bump up or ADD strength training to their weekly training programs. Lifting weights can make all the difference between weight loss and fat loss!
Challenge yourself and push your limits! Each participant will be given conditioning recommendations based upon their individual goals current fitness level.
Points will be awarded for:
● Gym Check-ins
o 1 pt for every conditioning class your check in for (Kickboxing Plus & TUFF Classes)
o 1 pt for every strength class you check in for (Fit To The Core & Barbell Training)
● IG and FB hashtags
o Post a photo of yourself at the gym or eating something tasty with the hashtag #WFCchallenge
● Weekly Diet Check-ins
o Each week, you’ll check in with Staci and report your weight , measurements and mood
o Each check-in counts as 1 pt
● Workshop Attendance
o Attend our Diet Coaching workshops and get 2 points each time!
● Before and After photos
o At the end of the challenge, participants will look through the before and after photos and choose the three participants you feel made the biggest transformations!!
