About Our Classes

Achieve a healthy, fit lifestyle alongside passionate women of all ages in a comfortable, energetic environment. Here’s what you need to know about all of our classes:

  • Free babysitting starting at 9:30 a.m. is included

  • Beginner friendly—learn at your own pace

TUFF BOXING

If friends (or your barista) would describe you as “fierce,” Boxing Boot Camp was made for you. With heart-pumping music and fierce boxing combos, this class is the perfect mix of boxing skills and circuit training. Divided into two parts, you’ll give the punching bag what’s coming and then hit the circuit using ropes, TRX, kettlebells, rowers, and more.

The Starting Strength Method: A Video Introduction

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Chisel your arms, tone your legs, and burn some serious calories. You’ll find your confidence in this 50-minute class. With club-style music and easy-to-follow choreography, this is our signature class here at WFC.

FIT TO THE CORE

Not only is a strong core the key to better balance and stability, but classes that strengthen your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abs can also be fun! In our Fit to the Core class, you’ll achieve your fitness goals through weights, cardio, and core exercises to tone your entire body. Say hello to burning maximum calories while sweating to high-energy pop music alongside a community of fitness-driven women like you.

YOGA

Whether you’re coping with a case of the Mondays or need to recover from an intense core workout, our restorative yoga classes will help you develop strength you never knew you had. Using blocks and straps, women of all levels of experience and ability come together to increase flexibility and energy, improve breathing, and more.

New Class!

The X-CIRCUIT 

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, circuit training is a great way to boost fat loss and have fun. In this class, the “X” variable changes each week so every workout offers something new!


In circuit training, you get to do a wide variety of full-body exercises with short rest periods between each set. Using TRX, sandbags, kettlebells, rowers, battle ropes and more, you’ll get to push your body to your own personal limit, achieving new milestones each week!

MOMMY & BABY

The Mommy and Baby Fitness class will provide mothers with safe, fun, and effective post natal exercise while also encouraging infant stimulation. 


It will give mothers the much needed opportunity to focus on some self care (especially critical for new moms who are prone to hormonal depression and social isolation ), to meet and socialize with other moms all while getting fit and bonding with their babies. 


In addition this class will have guest speakers who will teach important and interesting topics designed around infant and post natal care (for example infant CPR course, diastases recti care, post natal yoga and more).
