WFC: It’s for the Girls

We’re passionate about helping young women embrace a real love for real fitness. Our high-energy classes, parties, and special events give girls a fun, energetic space to grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Girls Just Want to Have Fitness (and Fun!)

At Woodmere Fitness Club, girls find their confidence, community, and friendship.

Our mission is to help every girl shine, so we focus on building inner strength as well as outer strength. We cap off every year by celebrating our students’ hard work with a twist. Most recently, our girls trained for and participated in the OHEL Xtreme Challenge Classic—running, climbing, jumping, crawling, and powering their way through 5 and 1.5-mile obstacle courses. (And they raised $35,000 for OHEL, too!)

Every year, we take on one chesed (charity) project to bring the girls together as a community and show them how they can positively impact the world around them. In the past, we’ve collected more than 100 toys for a local hospital and hosted a food drive for a local food pantry. This year, we’re collecting and recycling bottles with a goal of donating $18,000 to Emunah of America.

But the best part of group fitness for girls at Woodmere Fitness Club? Everyone walks away from our classes with stronger bonds and new friendships with kids from other schools that they may not have met otherwise.

Our Classes

The WFC Girls Club has classes for every young woman, no matter what your fitness level or interest. Enroll now for the 2019-20 school year—only a few spots are left!

Boxing Boot Camp

Every girl deserves real fitness, and that’s what our group Boxing Boot Camp delivers. This strength and conditioning class teaches young women how to safely use modern fitness equipment so they have the skills to participate in fun and engaging workouts using water rowers, barbells, dumbbells, and boxing equipment. We want to make sure that every girl grows up with a strong foundation in strength and conditioning.
