I'm new to exercise. Do you have beginner classes? Will I be able to keep up?
All levels are welcome to our classes. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to class and speak to the instructor before class. Let the instructor know if you have any limitations and she will provide you with modifications as needed. Take class at your own pace, listen to your body and use the instructor's modifications when needed. Remember to eat and drink before and after your workout to help your body recover.
If you want one-on-one attention before you take your first class, we offer an intro training package of 3 private sessions that will help ease you into our group classes.
How should I prepare for my first class?
You should always come early to class, but if it's your first class, come at least 10 minutes early. You will have time to get settled in, meet the instructor and get a quick tutorial of the class you are about to take. If you are registered for your first Boot Camp class, you will need a pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps which are available for sale at the front desk.
